hello, hello! this week i've spent a lot of time washing, ironing and polishing some of the things that might go into in my vintage shop, which is taking forever. such a slow poke. elizabeth's shop featuring her beautiful handmade baby clothes is progressing very nicely and you can see a preview
here.
and, have you seen this cute
ballerina video posted by
chelsea? i just absolutely adore that little girl and the teacher's voice -
i know it's so tricky. she never gives up and we shouldn't either. enjoy your weekend, all!
xo, cindy
Happy Saturday! Shop?! I think I missed something. What shop? I love vintage! With all that cleaning I do hope you get to play this weekend. It is snowing today in my corner. xo
ReplyDeleteThanks for the shout out :) It sure does take time huh!! I'll be working today, but I still feel like I need a lot more pieces to make it feel like a complete look.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see your shop. Are you doing it on Etsy or on your own website?
I'm loving what I see in those photos :)
HAHA poor girl.. couldn't get her feet to work right. Happy weekend cindy.
ReplyDeletePS I make my husband iron. :) I don't know how I did it but he does it.
Hi Cindy it looks wonderful,I have a question when does the shop open and will it be on Etsy!!
ReplyDeletehow exciting, when is the shop launch cindy! Love the jade milk-glass collection!!
ReplyDeleteI love the pictures (the linen looks so fresh and crisp!) - very promising! So, when is the grand opening? Will it be a real shop, an online shop - please, tell us more about it!!
ReplyDeleteLove that ballerina video. The teacher in my daughter's class won't let parents into the room so we have to be satisfied taking turns peaking in the window at the door. They are all so cute at this age, trying so hard but their bodies not cooperating.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your shop and congrats on the garden photo win!
i hope by april 1st and it will be on etsy!
ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous, those sea colors! That's a photo that would make Martha Stewart take note. And wow to the vintage embroidery! Oh, girl, I hate ironing like the plague. I will walk around all wrinkled rather than iron. Sometimes I look worse than a shar pei. Can't wait to see your new store!
ReplyDeleteAnd OH my goodness, those baby clothes! Ack, I'd have another baby just to buy those!
so excited for your new vintage venture. these photos are filed with loveliness!
