We were lucky to see Coraline today, our first movie in 3D. It's pretty GREAT! The other kids seemed to like it, too ;). I love you stop motion people with boundless creativity and patience. See the trailer and really cool behind the scenes videos here. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

my boyfriend's a film buff and is dying to see coraline too, ever since he figured out that the author(or someone otherwise involved in the movie) is someone that he really likes.

We were so bummed not to see it in 3D, but were entertained none the less. I have so many questions tho... seemed like there must've been bit of the story untold- I'm thinking I'll read the book one of these days.
It definitely had its creepy moments and at times I wondered how my 7yr old was handling it. *pish-posh* it seems to have affected me more!
i think people of any age who enjoy this kind of movie will love it, although i did think it was a little bit scary at times, even for me :). i think i missed some the plot lapses because i was talking - wow, whoa, neat, cool, etc.!

oh i want to see this movie so bad. i LOVE neil gaiman and have most of his comic books. though strangely enough, i do not have coraline. i'll definitely watch it.
the photo-styling will make more sense after you see the movie or neil's discussion about of koumpounophibia.
my boyfriend is an animator so this movie was awaited for quite awhile and is definitely well worth the wait. It's great. Loved it.
