Hi Everyone -
Our Fathers were drafted into the Army when they were young men and we would like to remember everyone who has served, or is serving, in our military on this Veterans Day. Thank you for all of the sacrifices you made in order to defend our country.

we saw a bit of the parade today in nyc and the guys/gals were so proud. i particularly loved the high school marching bands!

yes! so glad you posted this! I inadvertantly ran into the Veteran's Day Parade along 5th ave yesterday in nyc and got very teary and felt so honored to be in the presence of heroes.

i think i was remiss to not acknowledge the military from our ally countries. of course, they should be remembered and thanked, too.
